Alpine PDX-F6 amplifier cutting out. (car electronics audio)
Brand new PDX F6 multi-channel car audio amplifier, cutting out during operation. Grounds are good, remote turn on is good, power is good – something wrong with the amplifier. This video was taken while the car was off (around 12.0 to 12.2 volts) however the exact same symptoms are occurring while driving (+14v). The amplifier is NOT entering protect mode – the indicator light on the front panel does NOT illuminate red (as it should in protect mode).
